Preschool is an important step, for it is the ground of learning. The child learns collective life and the rules that surround it.

The Preschool
Our educational staff faithfully follow official syllabi and at the same time seek to push them further by :
- respecting the sensitive stages of development;
- respecting the child as an individual;
- encouraging his natural development pace;
- considering education as the complete development of both the child and his intellectual faculties;
- stir up his interest for the world around him rather than merely teaching him facts;
- using a scientific observation method to determine the educational ambience that is best convenient to every child's needs and nature.
The founding idea is that every child bears within himself the adult he is bound to become. In order to develop his physical, intellectual and spiritual faculties to the best, he must have freedom, a freedom that can be reached through order.
Various stages are necessary for a child to develop at his own pace, in accordance with his own capabilities.
We know the necessity of acquiring a basic skill before implementing it in a learning situation.
Between the ages of 2 and 6, the child learns the rules of human behaviour. This period allows to "civilise" the child easily, through the acquisition of good manners and habits. A child who benefited from such an environment is able at an older age to focus more exclusively on developing his intellectual faculties.
Why a bilingual preschool ?
Thanks to our teaching methods, which we have been developing for more than 6 years, we made the choice of making all preschool classes bilingual by the beginning of the 2016-2017 academic year.
Indeed, mastering English is essential for whoever wants to take full advantage of chances and opportunities, both cultural and personal.
English is the most-spoken language in the world.
The purpose is to effortlessly get the child to develop a spontaneous language and a more authentic accent.
How does it work ?
Teaching is organised according to the principle of time equality. Equal-time teaching starts as soon as 2-3-4-5 year-old children enrol in preschool and goes on all along their school years. The two languages that are used are French and English.
Based on the principle of natural acquisition, this leads to the mastery of both languages at the end of compulsory education.
